The Illinois Valley Construction Industry Labor-Management Program is a coalition of
Illinois Valley Contractors Association and the Illinois Valley Building Trades Council. 
Through the program, the members of the Labor-Management committee are able to
address many industry-related matters of mutual concern, which are not easily re-
solved through the collective bargaining process.
