They specialize in fabrication, installation and servicing of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, architectural sheet metal, siding and decking, testing and balancing, and energy management maintenance |

of Apprenticeship:
Four (4) Years – Classroom training: 144 hours per year |

Apprentices attend school two nights a week. |

| 1st Year/1st 6 months | 40% of journeyman wage |
| 1st Year/2nd 6 months | 45% of journeyman wage |
| 2nd Year/1st 6 months | 50% of journeyman wage |
| 2nd Year/2nd 6 months | 55% of journeyman wage |
| 3rd Year/1st 6 months | 60% of journeyman wage |
| 3rd Year/2nd 6 months | 65% of journeyman wage |
| 4th Year/1st 6 months | 70% of journeyman wage |
| 4th Year/2nd 6 months | 75% of journeyman wage |

Basic
Requirements: *Must be at least 17-years old. *Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and transcript of grades. *Must present a copy of birth certificate. *Must pass an aptitude test. *Must be a resident of Bureau, LaSalle, Putnam, Marshall, or Stark Counties of Illinois. |
